Safety Sundays Shot #27 Hello again! Here we have a game of 9 ball and we cannot see the 8 to cut it in. However we can get by the 9 ball enough to go rail first into the 8 ball and play safe! What we need to do is put a tip of high english on the cue ball and hit into the rail where we come off hitting the 8 ball square enough to send the 8 ball to the other side and leave the cue ball frozen or very close to the 9 ball eliminating an easy kick for a hit on the 8 ball. Speed and hitting the 8 ball squarely are the keys to pulling this shot off! Good luck!
