Safety, connection and love are the aspects of life that make it fun, and worthwhile. I am one of the few who is NOT inundated with technology and hasnt jumped on the cell phone addiction bandwagon---but then I always have lived by a different drum beat! As an energy coach, I know that it is not only physically detrimental with all the constant waves around you, but it also separates. Yes, you can learn and connect in some ways from all the technology, but oh....what is lost? So glad that at least disconnection awareness is starting to turn some lights on! Thank Goodness!
