So what theres always been those that squeak by in school or just dont get some basic concepts like the Earth and Sun spiral around the Milky way in a way not depicted on a classroom wire & plastic toy model. Perhaps soon we weee mortals / humans can grab a couple or a few large asteroids, (( as Bill Nye suggests, in a video I just watched to try to keep them from killing Earth he suggests ,)) and nudge them to avoid Earth impact but instead, I suggest, hit Venus jusssst right to get it to shed jussssst the right amount of atmosphere to allow water to exist in all its states, and spin it up to a rotation to allow it to be not tooo hot or too cold , day or night AND as a bonus the moon that wold be formed would be jusssst right to do a hybrid eclipse every 18 years where it pops to total from annular and back to annular in 7minutes or so, BUT WAIT THEIRS MORE, if in our god-like engineering we could get the same side of that moon to always face the planet it could serves as a clock for the month and divide the year into 13 very equal parts. As a added bonus: it would draw away many impacts that would have been mass extinction events, then maybe we could start a new planet and be the god over it, formerly known as Venus. Do have to be careful that we dont open the fountains of the deep of all the water locked away in rock, and cause a flood from some unknown source of cosmic rays or something, as well, but since Billy Nye is so sure of his current science perhaps they can figure out what the astronomical improbability is that we evolved just in the nick of time, geologically, in the epic or era where hybrid eclipses can still occur. In some calculation of observed orbital decay, Earths moon will be too far to do total eclipses or hybrids, so, it is a good thing we evolved just in time to calculate the odds and the Fermi paradox ( which I figured out that concept by myself without knowing what to call it ) Where is every one ?
