Sahar Afi Mitchell and Steve Strange have done such a fantastic job organizing the PAPA procession over the years. I cant believe this will be the 9th year for it! That takes such dedication!!! November 8th is going to be a very exciting day along Grand Avenue. Both the PAPA procession and the Grand Avenue Festival lend themselves so excellently to using all manner of recycled materials to make art and to just have a heck of a lot of fun and silliness!
