Saint Bede and Saint Olaf Parishes have developed a Blessed John Paul II Life Series of talks. The purpose of this Series of talks is to re-enforce parishioners’ understanding of “The Gift of Life” within the Catholic Tradition and its place within our World today. These talks are free and will be offered at both churches. The first of the talks will be held on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at St. Olaf Catholic Church at 2:00 pm and at Bede Catholic Church at 7:00 pm. The talk will last about an hour and will be followed by a short question and answer period. In the first talk of the series, Rev. Tad Pacholczyk (pronounced Pa-chol-check), Ph.D. (Fr. Tad) of The National Catholic Bioethics Center, will speak on “Beginning of Life Issues.” He is a very dynamic speaker. All are invited, including Christians from other faiths.
