Saint Leo University Dining Services has immediate openings in the following positions: Catering Assistant-Assists Catering Manager with setup and breakdown of functions. Decorates and sets up food and beverage displays. Prepares some cold food items. Cleans and organizes equipment before and after events. Coordinates staff with supervision of catering manager. Performs assigned duties by Managers. Minimum 2 years experience. No banquet or server experience please do not apply. Foodservice Worker- Part-time with full-time possibility. Portions and serves food. Cleans service areas before and after service times. Prepares a variety of foods to customers specifications. Stocks service areas and follows food safety guidelines. Cashier- Basic money-handling, charges credit cards and student meal vouchers. Interacting with students and staff during meal periods.
