Saint Vincent Law Society President and WBA member, Gino F. Peluso, is pleased to announce that the annual Saint Vincent College Law Society Dinner will be held on Friday, October 24, from 6 pm to 9 pm at Rizzos Malabar Inn in Crabtree. This years speaker is the Honorable Maureen Lally-Green, a retired Superior Court Judge for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, who presently serves as Associate General Secretary for the Diocese of Pittsburgh. Judge Lally-Green is a most interesting speaker who has had a very eclectic legal career. After graduation from the Duquesne University School of Law, she served in private practice, was Counsel to the Commodity Futures Trading Commission in Washington, DC, Counsel to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, and a Consultant to the Judges of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. For 15 years she was a Professor of Law at the Duquesne University School of Law, and she continues to teach there in an adjunct capacity.
