Saints intercede in heaven Rev. 8:3-5 Rev. 8:5. They are invoked during the mass together with Blessed Virgin Mary and St. Joseph. We need their intercession before the throne of God. We ask the intercession of ST. ANTHONY DE PADUA THE MIRACLE WORKER. We ask the saint to lift up our petitions. UNFAILING PRAYER TO ST. ANTHONY..Oh Holy St. Anthony gentlest of saints your love for God and charity for all Gods creatures made you worthy while on earth to possess miraculous powers. Miracles followed your word which you were ever ready to speak for those in trouble in need. Encouraged by this thought I implore you to grant also my request (state your petitions) The answer to my prayer may require a miracle but even so you are the Saint of miracles. Oh gentle and loving Anthony whose heart was always was full of human sympathy whisper into the ear of the HOLY INFANT JESUS who love to rest in your arms and the gratitude of my heart will always be yours Amen.
