None can purge by others. > 4)What ever you undertake to do, do not lose the thought of the eternal. > 5)Spirituality is derived from the word SPIRIT which means soul residing equally all. > 6)The desire for name and fame is a subtler and more dissipate obstacle than even the desire for wealth and women. > 7)Let no day pass without having made an effort to meditate on GOD. > 8)The secret of perfect health lies in keeping the mind always cheerful. Never worried, never hurried, never borne down by any fear, thought or anxiety. > 9)Where there is purity there is peace. Where there is purity and peace, there will be perseverance. > 10)We create thoughts, we can not sustain good thoughts and intentions. To enable us to do we seek the help of GOD.
