Salaam Family and Friends, We are doing our Homeless drive this Saturday October 5, 2013. It will be on Skid Road. Please let me know if you can join us... We have 6 days till our drive. And mA we are at 3/4 of our goal. We need 100 hygiene kits as donations of toothpaste, toothbrushs, soap etc. Please let me know if you or someone you know can help. We have 4 drop off locations we can coordinate Anaheim, Acadia, Pasadena, Glendora. How you can help: 1) Spread the word. Email, repost, Twitter, etc.. 2) Volunteer. Morning of event : 8am-12pm Pack 100 kits. Day of event: 1:45pm-2:45pm Where: 6th and towne It will take 30-60mins to setup and pass out food and clothes. 3) Donate : If you want to make a donation you can send money by PayPal to: sameelsalim@hotmail Or Snack kit please include 3 items in a zip lock example: cereal, cup of noodle, nuts, soft granola bar, fruit cup, chips, cookies etc. . Or Hygiene kit please include these items: Shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, deodorant, razor, lotion. Or Donate used or new clothes: Please Label gender and size and place in a bag Or Donate blankets, shawl, sleep bag, anything to help keep them warm Our Goal is to clothe and feed 100 homeless people on the street.
