Salaam alaykun good people, Today,we shall be reflecting on the topic WHO IS THE GREATEST LOSER? Unfortunately,the greatest losers on the day of Judgment are Muslims. These are people with exceedingly good deeds. They believed in Allah and His messengers,they pray at the right time with full concentration,they fast during the month of Ramadan and other recommended days,they paid Zakat and charity to the poor and the needy,they performed pilgrimage to the house of Allah and eventually they died as Muslims. The pertinent question therefore,would be,why are they losers inspite of all these wonderful deeds? The answer is,this same individuals while alive used to back bite,cheat,used their position to oppress the weak,forcefully took away peoples property, encroaches on peoples right,treated people with impunity. Therefore,on the day of Judgment,Allah will take some of his good deeds to pay back the people he oppressed until all his good deeds are exhausted,since his good deeds have been exhausted yet there are people waiting for their rights to be redeemed,Allah will take the bad deeds of the people he wronged and oppressed,and add it to his. At the end of the reconciliation,he will be left with no single good deed and he will become a loser on a day when there is no room for second chance! Therefore,if you think you are so powerful to oppress the weak,take away their rights with impunity then remember that day when you will become powerless before the Most Powerful God and all your supposed good deeds will be distributed right in front of you. May ALLAH protect us against such calamities both here and the hereafter, amin. Jumah mufeedah
