This next video shows the level of respect, power and organization he earned. During his address to the United Somali Congress at parliament, he demonstrates the essence of true leadership which is the foundation of governance. Somali leaders today need to reassess their priorities! It is impossible to manage public institutions or exercise authority without the manifestation of ethical norms, the rule of law, participatory politics and solidarity.
