Salam Shaheen: This savage terrorist Khaled Sharouf may well be mentally ill... But what about the Western Presidents, Prime and foreign ministers who for nearly 4 years promoted the alNusra/ IS led terror campaign against the Syrian people as a revolution for freedom and democracy?? Are they mentally ill or deliberately gave the political cover those savages needed to spread as a cancer all over Syria??
