You will coordinate with other disciplines, contractors, and external parties to ensure that the work is completed in accordance with the contract, quality policy, and objectives. You will support the quality manager in the development, implementation, and continuous improvements of the quality system. You will perform both internal and external quality audits/inspections on designated sub-contractors. In your role you will: - Develop/tailor a project-wide quality audit/inspection program covering all disciplines and suppliers to assure the quality management systems and products meets internal and customer requirements; - Independently, plan audits/inspections, carryout audits/inspections, report and verify that the internal and subcontractors quality management systems are effective, comply to ISO 9001 and the products conform with the specified requirements; - Ensure processes and product deficiencies are brought to the attention of management and are resolved satisfactorily; - Evaluate the capability of internal and subcontractors quality management system and assist in providing solutions to remove deficiencies and improve capability. - Coordinate and plan your own work and the work of others within the quality management team; - Produced quality audit/inspection reports and other reports for the management to assess the status of the quality management systems/product quality and make recommendation for action to achieve project objectives. Qualifications As our ideal candidate: - You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering and Science or related discipline. - You have received formal training in quality system auditing leading to IRCA Lead Auditor qualification. You are a member of professional institutions and you possess professional qualifications in your chosen field will be considerate as an asset; - You possess a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in quality management system development and auditing; - Your English verbal and written communication skills are excellent. Additional information: The incumbent of this position must be able to travel domestic or international.
