Job Summary: To achieve individual sales target through both inbound and outbound sales calls whilst delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and maintaining high quality standards. Responsibilities: • Customize Financial services programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks. • Sell various types of financial services programs to individuals . • Conduct phone calls and physical meetings with existing and new clients. • Explain features, advantages of various programs. • Work hard and smart on achieving all given business targets. Qualification: • Bachelor Degree from any university. Job requirements: • Excellent written and spoken English. • Years of Experience: Minimum one year of experience in sales, telesales or even customer service. • Number of Vacancies: 15+ • Age: maximum 28 years old. • Experienced personnel are welcome to apply. • Self Motivated person. • Communication and negotiation skills. • Cooperative. • Able to present complex information and concepts in business terms. • Able to develop and maintain a customer. • Able to effectively and build relationships with new and existing customers. • Able to work independently, but promote effective team working Benefits: • Basic (when achieving at least 50% of the target) + attractive commission.
