As a Sales Consultant your primary responsibility would be to ensure you greet all potential and existing customers, and using your experienced sales skills, match the customers needs to the right product. The sales consultant collates all of the customers information and fully explains the HP contracts, after selling the product the sales consultant must be able to demonstrate excellent after sales service and ensure all queries are answered timely. The sales consultant would also be responsible for taking customer payments, carrying out a range of telesales calls and assisting the Store Manager in maintaining our very high merchandising standards. This is a very target driven and results oriented position with a focus on customer service and you must be able to demonstrate the enthusiasm and desire to achieve set targets. Excellent training will be provided to all successful candidates in the sales consultant post.
