In addition, you will greet prospects and walk-ins to learn their goals, give them a tour throughout the academy. Additionally, you will be expected to sell memberships and apparel plus complete daily tasks such as cleaning, emails, phone calls, social media and canvasing. Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma or a GED. • Availability to work at least 10-15 hours per week, specifically weekends, evenings and holidays starting at as early as 9:30am and end by 8:30pm. • Must have access to a car for canvasing and manage local events • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. • Must keep up a professional appearance and personal hygiene. • Proven ability to help clients achieve fitness goals and the Company achieve financial goals. • A record of personal training sales success. • Currently training in one of the programs we offer or have a strong desire to start. Hours/Shifts needing immediate coverage: Friday: 4:30pm-7:30pm Saturday: 9:30am - 2:00pm Sunday: 11:00am - 1:00pm Pay and Commissions: Competitive hourly pay, unlimited commissions plus referral program; no cap Tasks (Daily/Weekly): • Daily tasks will involve but not limited to interacting with prospects and members, cleaning the academy, sending/replying to email and making/answering calls • Weekly tasks will involve but not limited to canvasing local shopping centers and researching social media plus working at and managing scheduled events If you are looking for a fun, fast-paced, fit environment, then take a look at Capital MMA & Elite Fitness!
