JOB SPECIFIC STANDARDS Essential Functions Construct technical bid responses when appropriate Develop relationships with key customers utilizing these relationships to obtain contracts Conduct presentations to potential clients on hardware, Audio Visual and software products Visit customer sites and review customer specifications and technical drawings to develop the statement of work for EMS proposals Interface with customers to clarify proposals and design requirements Support customer proposal negotiations Confirm Company proposals are consistent with customer requirements Assist in identifying all contract requirements and commitments General design documentation necessary for procurement and integration of customer purchased solution, including, but not limited to, Drawings; Material List; Cable Pull; Power and heat load requirements; Statement of Work Respond to functional and technical elements of RFPs/FRIs Recommend commercial and technical strategies to expand sales Performs other duties as required Secondary Responsibilities Develop sales aids and customer presentation material Recommend prices to support the Company?s margin requirements Obtain quotations from local vendors for products and services as required Assist Client Support as necessary Assist Production needs as necessary SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Strong interpersonal skills Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate EMS value proposition Computer literate Knowledge of MS Office products and Digital A/V recording systems EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor?s degree or an equivalent technical discipline Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer software, computer networking, and hardware or related fields, or equivalent education and experience System and design engineering experience preferred dlvr.it/835tTY
