Sales Executive- BEIRA $ Negotiable Our Client a Large Multinational Hospitality Company are looking for an experienced Sales Executive for their Beira Branch The ideal candidate will effectively sell our clients products and services primarily to the existing and potential local market. Ensure achievement of the Sales Revenue Targets through activating, implementing, monitoring and directing Sales initiatives. Participate in the development of the hotel Sales and Marketing Plan and budget to ensure that they are in line with corporate objectives. Formulate, implement and monitor the departmental budget in keeping hotel and central office guidelines and deadlines. Conduct market intelligence to ensure the hotel is ahead of competition and that it is implementing the correct strategies which will position it as the leading hotel of choice in Beira. Capitalise and utilize hotel partnerships and synergies to ensure competitive advantage, including construction of appropriate sales packages for the different market segments. Thorough advancement of promotional and special offers to the market through strategic selling, encompassing personal and teleselling. Constant communication with National Sales Manager and General Manager on innovative packages targeted at the different business cycles obtaining in the market. Cross selling by smooth management of Enquiries liaising with the National Sales Manager and Central Reservations Manager. Identification and development of new business opportunities Production of regular and relevant reports required not only for board pack and performance monitoring but for decision making by team and senior management. Any other ad hoc duties that maybe required from to time in line with the duties of the role. KEY SKILL Incumbent should be able to drive Incumbent should have the ability to work unsupervised Strong customer relationship management skills. Result oriented individual Articulate and Innovative individual. Can work with people from diverse backgrounds. Must be commercially driven and have an extensive knowledge of sales and relationship management. Good negotiation and personal skills with a serious can do attitude. Maturity, good leadership skills, innovation, resourcefulness, and creativity important requirements. KEY QUALIFICATION Holder of a degree in Tourism, Sales, Marketing or any other related fields. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the Mozambique market operating in similar position Specialized knowledge in marketing and in-depth selling. Knowledge in leadership and motivation Good level of communicating skills and relationships. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Computer literate.
