Sales Manager - CCBPL - Lahore Job Details 1. Compilation and execution of given Plans/Objectives to attain Zone/Area wise Primary/Secondary Sales and Products/Packages Availability Targets. 2. Regular Market visits to supervise/monitor the proper execution of set objectives/plans to ensure the attainment of desire results and to cultivate strong relationship with current and potential dealers especially with Key Accounts and Wholesalers. 3. Market Intelligence regarding Market Share, Trends, Analysis, Availability, Competition Activities etc. And communicate the same timely and accurately to seniors for better monitoring and controls. 4. Supervise/ensure the proper injection/placement and optimal utilization of Company’s Assets in the market i.e. Coolers, Glass, Shell, Signage etc. 5. Supervise/monitor the Stocks transactions at all levels against Planning and Forecasting. 6. Distribution Management through ISIS to ensure the proper execution of sales operations, ROI, KBI’s, RTM, Inventory Management etc. 7. Zone / Area Management through Geographic Analysis, Potential Estimation, Infrastructure Analysis, Coverage Analysis and Call Frequency Analysis. 8. Supervise the Segmented POS Execution through focusing on Trade Channels to achieve the set objectives of RED/Commercial Leadership. Qualification MBA / MA, preferably MBA Marketing Required Skills • Planning and Execution • Understand the market and consumer behaviour • Brief the team about the product trends and the effect • Be able to deliver activities or projects against the time frames, budgets and milestones • Participate in the execution of product launches and promotions • Effectively maximize the use of POS materials and the costs • Manage to monitor products are kept fresh and available for sales • Address the critical path to ensure timely delivery and support the needs of direct customers • Strong communication, • Negotiation, • Interpersonal, • Human management skill • Distributor management • Sales techniques, • MS Office & Windows Environment Experience 4 – 5 years Preferred: Core Sales & Distribution experience in a fast moving consumer goods company (returnable bottling beverage business experience preferred) ccbpl.pk/JobList.aspx
