Sales Manager A leading and diversified company in Iraq with broad range of businesses spanning from manufacturing to sales and distribution of internationally recognized consumer products a sales manager for their company Key Functions • Develop, monitor and control sales plans and budgets for annual sales growth • Develop the necessary Sales Management organization structure to accomplish company’s objectives by recruiting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions • Meets marketing and sales financial objectives preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. • Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services across all regions to achieve or exceed the sales targets • Conduct regular market visits to check on practices and ensure proper implementation of plans • Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Essential skills: • Strong knowledge and experience in sales with specific emphasis on direct distribution sales • Strong leadership skills • Good command of English and Arabic • Excellent communications and presentation skills • Strong commitment to achieving results Qualifications: • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales and distribution operation of FMCGs with proven track record • A college degree, preferably in business administration or equivalent If you have the above skills and experience please send your CV to Suhail@alharamin-jo with subject title HRC-GI-200
