Sales Professional ( Construction Equipment Loans ) Business Vertical: Sales & Marketing Client: Client of Allegiance Designation: SE Product : Construction Equipment Loans Proposed Immediate Superior: TL/ SM / TSM Grade: B1 Key Objective of the Job: • Achieving business targets as laid down by acquiring new customers for Construction Equipment offerings and maintaining relationships with them • Should adhere to all policies and guidelines for lead generation as well as closures • Execute all activities / campaigns as planned by the management / immediate superior • Daily completion and submission of sales reports to the superiors • Displaying customer centricity by executing all customer interface processes within defined timelines Major Deliverables: • Meet & exceed business targets in terms of profitability , optimum product mix and quality of sourcing • Zero error in adherence to policies and systems as specified • Quality of files sourced should be as per specified guidelines • Meeting sales targets for the various products in the assigned territory, by directly sourcing leads from open market in addition to any leads provided by the company and any leads/cases received from assigned dealer counters • Maintaining good relations with DSEs and managers of assigned dealer counters for sourcing of files as per specified guidelines and policies • Ensuring collection of all post-disbursal documents and zero delinquency in 30DPD • Timely MIS reporting to all concerned. Specialized job competencies: • Knowledge about the Construction Equipment Loans / Commercial Vehicles and Commercial Vehicle Loans and general credit & risk policies & programs thereto. • Knowledge about statutory compliance & local market procedures • Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and • Knowledge of local customer preferences, geographic nuances and finance peculiarities. • Should depict customer centricity in daily behaviour • Good communication skills – Should be able to talk and convince customers Educational Qualification: Any graduate with relevant experience of 2 to 4 years Desired Experience: Minimum 2-4 years experience in direct sales in financial services industry Other desired attributes: • Ability to convince people • Selling skills • Negotiation skills • Relationship management skills • Networking skills • Excellent customer service/ support skills, ability to work well under pressure & a professional demeanor • Target oriented , systematic & aggressive • Analytical and problem solving skills
