Sales Representative- Agriculture-HARARE $ open to NEGOTIATION Our client is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team. KEY TASKS: Develop and maintain excellent corporate client relations at all levels through proper planning, forecasting and excellent execution of strategies that are key to this position. Aggressive marketing style that relies on accurate market intelligence. Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in obtaining data to work out realistic forecasts for all corporate client requirements To enforce trading terms in liaison with the Sales and Marketing Manager. Carry out aggressive follow ups and investigation on leads to potential corporate clients. Interaction with Credit Control Manager, Distribution points, Sales and Marketing Manager, Agronomist, Production Manager, Stock Control Manager and Procurement Officer. Maintain a vigilant watch by evaluating trends and developments over competitors and competitor products in the market in order to keep the product range and services adequate and competitive. Organise participation at field days and Agricultural shows. KEY SKILL Good Communication and Administration Skills. Strong analytical and conceptual skills and high working standards. KEY QUALIFICATION A degree or Diploma in Agriculture, Sales and Marketing plus a Certificate in ACIA Accreditation. At least Three (3) years working experience in Agro inputs business.
