Sales Representative Job Responsabilities: Conducts sales calls as per the set plan to achieve the assigned sales target. Acts as a primary source of information with regards to new clients by understanding their requirements. Identify and exploit new opportunities for revenue Negotiates the sales leads with the customer in order to reach agreement on the price and the payment terms and obtains approval from the Branch Manager. Generates new clients by exercising win-win techniques and building trustful and credible relations with them. Monitors and Follows up all the external agent sales activities by analyzing their performance, client contracts and payments. Invites his clients to seminars to build awareness on the developments of the project. Prepares monthly reports measuring his own and customers performance as well as market changes and submits to the Sales Manager for approval and taking action accordingly. Collects the first down payment and assists on following up on his clients payments on need basis. Submit a monthly report on client’s payments status to the Sales Manager. Qualifications : § Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. § From 2 to 4 year of relevant experience, preferably in Real Estate field. § Very good command of both Arabic & English languages. § Strong interpersonal skills. § Car owner is a must Sales Executive Job Responsabilities: Manage the assigned account , following the contracts and payments .
