Sales Supervisor - Retails Danau Kota Setapak (Festival City Mall) & Kota Damansara Encorp Strand Mall) Salary RM2000 + Commission Building Relationships with VIP Customers • Focusing on building relationship, the Senior Sales Reps should: o Understand Customer Needs by asking and probing the right questions o Providing the right solution to meet the need o Follow up closely to provide After Sales Service • Build a critical base of key customers who are high worth and loyal Solve Problems and Provide Solutions to Exceed Customer Expectations • Discuss various options both with the customer and with people to meet customer needs and expectations • Identify the right solution for the customer and discuss with the customer on the final solution Follow Up and After Sales Service • Follow up with the stakeholders e.g. repair department, orders supplier, purchasing department, etc. to ensure customer requirements are met timely and accurately • Call the customer two days after the sale to ensure everything is in order and seek their feedback to build long term customer loyalty • Keep in regular contact with key customers to inform them of latest new designs and product offers. Example: participate in customer’s family events if invited Customer Relationship Management Tool • Update and keep an accurate record of customer interactions in the CRM tool. • Use the tool to grow the base of loyal, high worth VIP customers. Meet the KPI set for CRM General Sales • Grow the sales by executing the Retail Sales Operating Procedure excellently • Ensure the right products are displayed correctly to improve the retail site appearance and attractiveness to customers Required Skills and Competencies: • Good listening skills combined with ability to explain clearly complex issues. Good written and spoken Malay • Ability to present oneself with confidence and presentable • Able to understand complex issues and determine the various causes in order to determine the right solution • Works with various people of different background to get things done to meet customer expectations • Ability to learn and build an intermediate level of knowledge on gold, gold jewelry, diamonds and gemstones • Keen sense of connecting with customers and understanding their needs to build long term relationship Those interested please email us your resume to careercentreplt@gmail
