We provide a range of facilities/services including; UV Tanning, Flabelos Fitness, Hydro Massage, Laser Lipo, Laser Teeth Whitening, Laser IPL, Permanent Hair Removal and a wide selection of other beauty based treatments. With the Health and Wellbeing industry constantly growing we aim to lead the competition by ensuring the highest standards of facilities and customer service. Job Specification - Sales Supervisor • To supervise the day to day running’s of the store including cash handling and key holding; • To operate all machinery and facilities, adhering to store procedures and protocols; • To help, advise, greet, sign up new, and serve existing members of the store; • To be be responsible for the completion of daily paper work, Health and Safety checks, as well as all cleaning duties that are required; • To organise and book treatments for the in store practitioners/ therapists; • To ensure members are using the facilities correctly, including an induction to fitness and tanning equipment; • To ensure that all products/services in store are promoted where necessary to ensure sustainable income; • To promote and up sell current promotions, treatments and products including supplements, accelerators, eye wear, drinks etc… • To aspire to the highest level of customer service at all times. Key Skills Required The successful applicant must have excellent customer service and sales skills, experience would be highly beneficial but training will be given. The successful applicant must aspire to be as good as they can be, be punctual, enthusiastic, flexible, target driven as well as having a keen interest in health and beauty. Terms and Conditions Full and part time positions are available and contracts vary between Employed and Self Employed dependant on the successful candidate’s requirements, shifts are structured but can be flexible to suit. Good rates of pay as well as staff discounts/ perks. The position is subject to a 6 month probationary period. The Store Manager, to whom this post holder reports, will provide regular performance appraisal and feedback.
