What are you accountable for achieving? Work with Business units to create a series of compelling product/service value propositions to support our BD success Work with BD and AM teams to create compelling bids and contract renewal collateral Collaborate with Global Marketing team to translate global campaigns in UKI delivery In conjunction with central UKI marketing team, support Business Directors in undertaking press and media activity to promote LSUK and build our brand in selected market places Create annual and ad hoc customer communication plans to support business strategy and operating plans Undertake research programmes in response to scope/briefs provided by business unit owners to understand market activity, customer feedback, customers customer opinion and product development needs Develop UK conference target list for attendance and/or exhibit to further our understanding of the markets and build brand Manage web content to maintain timely and relevant material Create local literature and case studies to continually drive product promotion and support account development/new business processes Support the delivery of the communication programmes (internal) through production of collateral and content Work with site Comms champions on best practise in comms zones and communication activities on sites Manage marketing costs within budget Champion customer focus across business What will you need as a successful Sales Support Assistant? Desirable experience within Life Sciences and healthcare services - NHS and Pharma industry 1-3 years experience in sales and marketing Educated to university degree level or similar professional qualification Qualification in Sales and/or Marketing What will you get in return?
