Sales & Trade Marketing Director (Ceramic, Sanitary, Fabric, Parquet flooring) Sales Director will lead the domestic and international sales, marketing and commercial functions for the business to convert the large growth potential to significant new profitable revenue by: • leveraging the best in class sales/marketing practices • Investing in further developing the commercial competencies of the Engineered Ceramics Commercial Organization world-wide. • Energizing the innovation process and focusing customer centered-ness to continually identify and develop engineered solutions for addressing the most challenging and latent customer problems. The incumbent will enhance customer and account management culture by establishing a network of connections at key customers and ensuring timely sharing of customer information within the organization. Establish processes for systematic and routine follow-up of market dynamics including careful and consistent competitive analyses. S/he will enhance teamwork and communications with R&D and Operations to increase throughput of innovative new products and services.
