Salmon Patties by Chef Amy Sosa Ingredients 1 lg. can salmon, drained 2 green onions, chopped 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon dill, chopped 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped 2 teaspoons Original or Lemon Beazells Cajun Seasoning 2 eggs, beaten Dry Italian bread crumbs, approx. 1- 1 1/2 cups 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Directions Thoroughly combine all ingredients using just enough Italian bread crumbs to bind the mixture together. Form into patties and pan fry in a skillet with butter until golden brown.
