Salt Water Sportsman National Seminar Series returns to Boston area Many Cape Cod area saltwater fishing pros to lead seminars BOSTON –The 28th Annual Salt Water Sportsman National Seminar Series will open its 2015 tour in the Boston area on Saturday, Jan. 10. The series will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. inside the Casey Theatre at Regis College, located at 235 Wellesley St. Weston. George Poveromo, host of George Poveromo’s World of Salt Water Fishing on the NBC Sports Network, and editor-at-large for Salt Water Sportsman, will headline the program with Barry Gibson, a prominent tuna captain and striper guide with over 40 years experience in fishing New England waters, as cohost.
