Salutes: Young boy from Chekiye Village, Dimapur donates a Jar full of cash to Sumi Hoho for the Sumi Martyrs Day commemoration, Dec 28. What a benevolent and noble deed and thoughtful mind Ikanato Yeptho, Chekiye Village resident? Prior to the infamous Mukalimi Seize & post the flush out mission till date, I have been closely following the Sumi public-- unity, solidarity and reactions from various angles/aspects. This gesture and act is one of the most unique and noble deed from someone so young like you. I was utterly surprised and emotional when our leader VP SH and convenor Sumi Martyrs Park construction committee, Khehoshe H Yeptho conveyed me the message. I couldnt hold/help myself and therefore went straight to our leaders residence in the dead of the night (bitterly cold) & took some photos of the gift. I also learnt from our leader that various anonymous person are also donating cash, kinds and various assistance for the proposed common Sumi cause-- the park construction and Sumi Martyrs Day.
