*** Samantha Loses Over 10 Kilos With Gastric Band Hypnosis *** Hi David.....to give you an update on my progress I feel like I have been doing well. I am still listening to the recordings and on a plus note I went for a check at the doctors last week and one of the things they checked was my weight. I hadnt trusted my own scales up to that point but they confirmed that I have indeed lost just over 10 kilos since I was last there in August. I havent been dieting and have not snacked since my last visit with you. I think on the last session I mentioned that I hadnt fully got used to using my finger and thumb and feeling full but it certainly seems to be working now and I think Im finally on the right track at last. Im now looking forward to my holiday in November and continuing to do well through Christmas and into the New Year. Find out more here gastricband-cumbria
