Samantha asked: I wanted to see if you could help me with my appliqué work. I recently did a design that was 10k stitches for a 5x7 hoop. I fused two tear away to the shirt and then used a medium weight cut away in the hoop. The final project looks like a thick patch on the shirt. Did I over use stabilizer? Did I put them on in the right order. The tear away obviously only got removed around the edge maybe leaving to much in the appliqué itself? Thanks FSF says I dont like to use tearaway on designs on clothing. I prefer to use a polymesh on knit fabrics.
