Samaritan Health Care Services .... YOU SUCK Been going back and forth with the billing department of Samaritan. (IDIOTS!) They send invoice ... I pay invoice ... they send another invoice ... I pay another invoice. Invoice after invoice after invoice ... payment after payment. I have not even been to the doc in MONTHS. I called the end of February asked about new invoice ... told them I have the money now and am tired of frequent flyer billing please tell me ALL I owe and let me get it off the books NOW. Rep assured me I owe NO MORE MONEY. April: I get invoice for $167 and change ... overdue for medical service received 1/1/2013. Really ... you bill me FIFTEEN MONTHS after service rendered. I am mad so ignore it. Finally call and say please explain. Well, we have to wait until it goes through your insurance company. RIGHT, that has taken over a year to process through insurance ... said no one ever. I asked when was the first time I was billed for this service. They confirmed it was April 6 of this year ... I say I want to address this to a billing manager ... someone called and left message today so I call back the number given and am told no one can address this or help me ... I have talked to a host of people also having trouble with Samaritan billing. This is ridiculous. I pay $500/month for insurance ($380 before Obummer Care) and still pay around $100 to $150 per month for these random Samaritan billings. What the heck??
