An SX-EW Plant will start producing up to 25,000 tonne per annum copper cathode from KaliKuning and Lerokis deposits, with development activities commencing this year. We are URGENTLY looking for suitably qualified and professional candidates to fill the following positions based at site on Wetar Island with roster working system: 5/3 ( five) weeks on following 3 (three) weeks off. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: 1. 1 (one) Community Development Manager Main Accountabilities: Managing whole community development aspects including livelihood, education, health and community services and infrastructure provisions, introducing strategies to optimize communities around the mine harvesting the benefits during the operation and sustainable after the mine of mine, ensuring all community development strategies and program are in line with the company policies. Requirements: • Graduatein economics, development studies, public health, agriculture, management or related field, preferably master’s degree. • At least 15 years of working experience in Community development • Excellent community empowerment program planning, monitoring and evaluation • Strong leadership and managerial skills, good communication and interpersonal skill • Previous experience in mining industry is preferable • Computer skill mainly MS Offices is a must • Excellent level of English (written and spoken) • Willingness to work at project site (Wetar) 2. 1 ( one ) Government Relations Sr.Supervisor Main Accountabilities: Under the supervision of Government and Community Relations Mgr, held responsible for maintaining good relationship with provincial & local government and other stakeholders, supporting Permitting & Compliance Dept. in speeding up permitting processes at local governments, responsible for Tiakur Office management including assets, administration and finance, providing regular reports on social analysis and public perception of the government actors and other relevant stakeholders regarding project operation and company image. Requirements; • Graduate in any social science related to public relations, • At least 7 years’ experience in government and community relations, • Revealing strong exposure to Maluku cultural environment and connection with Maluku government, a retired government officer is desirable, • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Revealing familiarity with social analysis and actor mapping • Good analytical and reporting skills, • Good understanding in local government permitting and related regulations, • Understanding industrial relations and mining related regulations and policies, • Willing to be placed at Representative Office Tiakur –MBD. 3. 1 (One) Senior Community Relations Supervisor Main Accountabilities: Under supervision of Community and Government Relations Mgr maintaining good relationship with community and local actors or stakeholders around the mine, looking after government visits on site, bridging intensive coordination with community development department enhance the relationship with local community members and other stakeholders, looking after land compensation related matters including payments, providing regular report and updates to the management through up line managers every threats and opportunities that affecting good relationship with near mine stakeholders and the company image, administratively responsible for community relations affairs in Wetar Copper Project. Requirements; • Graduate in social science, public relations or related fields , • At least 7 years’ experience in community and government relations, • Good understanding and exposure in community development concepts and practices, • Familiar with social analysis and actor mapping, • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, • Good English written and spoken proficiency • Eastern Indonesian cultural exposure is desirable, • Good computer skill, • Willing to be placed at the Project Site (Wetar) 4. 1(one) Media Communication Specialist Main Accountabilities: Responsible for designing effective communication media to communicate and increasing the relationship and mutual understanding between the company and relevant stakeholders including government bodies, nongovernment organizations, and near mine community members. This includes all media communication provision such as bulletin production, short film production, press release if required, preparing presentation documents as requests, leaflets, reporting layouts. Requirements; • Graduate in communication, journalistic or other related field, • At least 5 years’ experience in media publishing or visual design, • Familiar with peace and positive media campaign, • Previous experience community development programs, • Excellent writing, reportingand media communication lay outing, • Strong networking mainstream media, • Good in computer publisher and presentation, • Strong analytical skills, good interpersonal and negotiation skills, • Exposure to eastern Indonesian culture are desirable, • Proficiency in English. • Willing to be placed at the Project Site (Wetar) 5. 1(one) Husbandry Supervisor Main Accountabilities: Under the coordination of Livelihood supervisor providing training, coaching and mentoring on animal husbandry programs, providing technical assistances during program implementation (chickens, cows, goats, pigs programs), developing simple and affordable media of learning for the targeted farmers, conducting regular field monitoring and evaluation with other Community Development staffs, documenting all the practices and lessons, providing regular reporting to Livelihood coordinator and Community Development Mgr. Requirements; • Graduate from husbandry, veterinary or related field, • At least 5 years’ experience in husbandry based economic empowerment, • Good understanding of animal diseases/livestock health, livestock production, livestock food nutrition and market system, • Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, • Proficiency in English, • Good in computer skills; • Ability to work with minimum supervision as well as team player, • Good organizational and time management skills. Willing to be placed at the Project Site (Wetar). 6. 1(one) Public Health Supervisor Main Accountabilities: Under the coordination of Health Coordinator held responsible for public health programs including campaign and facilities, participate in health sector capacity building, acting health coordinator during the absence of the incumbent, reporting regularly to Health Coordinator and Community Development Mgr. Requirements; • Graduate in public health from reputable university, • At least 5 (five) years’ experience and public health or post graduate in public health. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, • Eastern Indonesia cultural exposure is desirable, • Good English and Indonesian skills, • A good team player and capacity to work under minimum supervision. • Willing to be placed at the Project Site (Wetar) MINING: 1. 1 (one) Senior Production Geologist Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering. • At least 8 years of working experiences in Mineral Industry preferably Copper & Gold Mining. • At least 5 years experiences as. Senior Production Geologist. • Familiar with Geological Software, and resources modeling (Mapinfo, ArcView, Surpac, Auto Cad and GPS) • Competency with databases and data management • Computer literate. • Excellent level of English (written and spoken) • Willing to work in Wetar 2. 1 (one) Geologist Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Geological Engineering. • At least 5 years of working experiences in Mineral Industry preferably copper Mining. • At least 3 years experiences in Geologist Grade Control level. • Familiar with Geological Software, and resources modeling (Mapinfo, Arc View, Surpac, and GIS) Familiar with mining industry environment. • Familiar with modern exploration geophysical & geochemical techniques • Competency with databases and data management • Computer literate. • Excellent level of English (written and spoken) PROCESSING PALNT 1. (One) Metallurgist Responsibilities: The role is responsible for initiating projects to improve extraction performance, process improvement and metallurgical accounting.
