Same day, 6 years back, a young lad with tears in his eyes, fear in his mind and heaviness in his heart, was sent to a foster-country, 8000 miles away from his motherland to face umpteen struggles and irreparable losses. The country gave him an opportunity to be almost everything, An Engineer, A student, A shop assistant, a janitor, a jobless jack, a call centre agent, a gas station attendant and back as an ENGINEER! The country being CANADA and the lad...MYSELF. Losses and pains endured during the initial 4 years were overshadowed by the life in Calgary for last 2 years. Wounds have healed, but the scars remain. A transformation from hating this once considered godforsaken frozen land to accepting and falling in love with this beautiful country, took almost 5 years of spending and toiling! As a rule of thumb, I may fall again, however, I know how to raise after the fall immaterial of a factor called time. Thanks to CANADA for bringing the confidence out of me. An unforgettable September 24th 2007! :) ;)
