Samma Dhitti & Michcha Dhitti. One who has Samma Dhitti, that is who has complete Modular View of the possibility of ending suffering is a Sangha, An Ariyan Buddhist. And he sees and knows the four Noble Truth in whatever he experiences, thus moving forward to the Nibbana (Enlightenment). One who believes in the possibility of ending suffering is a Lay Buddhist, A Pruthagjana Buddhist. And he further believes, 1. That Lord Buddha is Fully Enlightened. (Samma SamBuddha). 2. Nibbana (Enlightenment) is possible by everyone, in this life or later. 3. There are beings attained to Nibbana (Enlightenment) here and now. 4. If one does good he will reap good results. (Kusla Karma-> Kusala Vipaka) 5. If one does bad he will reap bad results. (Akusala Kamma-> Akusala Vipaka) 6. There was previous birth and there will be future birth. 7. There are other spheres of existence apart from the human realm, such as heaven and Hell. 8. All the realms of existence are impermanent. 9. There are Beings born Opapathika, that is without father and mother. So anyone who believes that Nibbana (Enlightenment) is not possible is having Michcha Dhitti, and he is a non-Buddhist. (A Mithyadurshtikaya). Anyone who believes that Thoughts or any other mental states cannot be put away to come to Jhanic Samadi is A Mithyadurshtikaya, a non-Buddhist.
