Samples of plyometric moves to get your hear rate up and burn some serious calories: Squat jumps, wide to narrow, burpees, X burpees, dynamic jumps, pogo jumps, side to side hops, 1 leg hops. Variations of push ups: plyo push ups, push up to side plank, push up with mountain climbers, push up and extend arm and opposite leg, push up Yoga push ups. Pull ups-wide grip, neutral grip and chin ups. Squats/lunges with stretching of hamstring, quad, glute, core. Complete each movement for 10-15 reps and go to the next with little to no rest and keep on moving for 30-40 minutes.
