San Jose businessman killed (5/31/2013) A 32 year old businessman was shot by an unidentified man in front of his house in San Jose City before midnight last May 21. Supt. Pedro Soliba, city police chief, identified the fatality as Christopher Timbol of Zone 10, Barangay Abar 1st. The victim, who was driving a Toyota Land Cruiser, was about to open the gates of his yard when a car stopped behind his vehicle. The suspect alighted, shot him in the body, returned to the car and fled. The victim was rushed to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Hospital but died later from multiple gunshot wounds. Soliba said they are looking into love triangle or personal grudge as possible motives for the shooting. Police are also reviewing footage from a closed-circuit television camera installed in the vicinity. ###
