Sanayas Diet Chart : Morning : Coffee, Eggs,Sandwiches. Breakfast : Masala Odds, Samosa. 12 afternoon : Fruits,Coffee,Biscuit. 1.15pm (lunch) : Chapati(Bread) ,Rice / Chinese n Green Tea 6.30pm : Samosa,Omelet Sandwich/Cheese Sandwich. *Sweet is must wid every meal. Sanaya - I tell you, I am always on a strict diet. Today I will tell you all what I eat through the day. Early morning, I have coffee, then eat eggs and sausages. On Tuesdays and Thrusdays I am a vegetarian, ( Embarrassed) those days I eat masala oats and also samosas, as here, in filmcity, we get yummy samosas. Around 12 pm, I eat either fruits or coffee again and some biscuits. At 1.30pm is our lunch break. Chapati, rice... how can I tell you, yaar. I eat so much in lunch!! What dont I eat?? I sometimes order Chinese. I drink green tea, because I feel so uneasy after the heavy lunch I have. So I need to drink green tea after that. Around 6.30pm (she whispers at the camera) I eat samosa again. Anything, if I feel hungry in the evenings, anything... omlette sandwhich... in this canteen we get very yummy cheese omelet sandwich. They add so much cheese and melt it and then the omelet. I love sweet, so after every meal, every time I eat something from this list, I eat 1 sweet, because after salty, a sweet goes into my mouth.
