Sand training: WORKOUT: 15 minutes warm-up + 2 x 30minutes (running in sand) with 3 minutes recovery OBJECTIVE of the DAY: Get closer to real conditions at the Pole - As there is no snow in the surroundings Im using sand to get closer to the running sensations at the Pole. Today I ran at a pace of 648/km. I didnt forced cause Sunday I would like to do some more tests on sand, but if Ill run the whole marathon at this pace it would be grate! So keep following because Sunday Im bringing news ;) Hugs!!!
