The Federal Court today said that the plaintiff COMER, Committee On Monetary and Economic Reform have a case and the Court finds their case Judicious! Meaning it can proceed because the Judges agreed with the appeal Judge that the case has merit and legal standing! The Federal Court Judges from today will be writing out the whole explanation with elaboration and when it comes out I will explain it. So Im not positive however I believe now the Supreme Court of Canada will hear this case! This is an incredible day for Canada our Bank Act which states it has the power to create money interest free for public expenditures is one step closer!
