Sandra Hess-Davis shared Pets on Death Row - Urgent Death Row Catss photo. JAYA is NO stray but appears to be a pet who lost her way & ended up in the worse place in NY.....while her owners had her spayed they never got her a microchipped but then again ACC never even checked her for one based on her intake exam. So is there someone out there whos searching for her & not even be aware that shes not only at ACC but that ACC plans on killing her tomorrow for a cold they gave her. This urgent girl needs your help tonight before ACC turns her into just another statistic!!!!!!!
