Sandy called and she will be going home today. She has to take it easy the next 2 weeks, no work. She has some life changes too make. She needs a healthy eating plan. I will also clean mine up. Out of 4 of us, I am the only one who has not had artery replacement. Two have had open heart, then stents. Two of the sisters were smokers, but quit when the replacement arteries took place. I have been fortunate, not too have those issues. But with high blood pressure since 1976 and now diabetes, just on a pill for that, I had better get in control of my diet. I will be there for Sandy always, we can work on healthy eating. I know it will be a struggle, for her at times, challenges at this point in life, can be hard. But the benefit, sure out weighs, not being strict with the diet.
