Sangha (song-gah) is a Sanskrit word for community, and Sangha Support is one of the pillars of Moksha Yoga. In celebration of the great Sangha we have here at MYH, yesterday some of our staff & volunteers got together in the afternoon to hang out and have some fun. Crystal-Sue, one of our amazing Energy Exchangers and Jill-of-all-trades, led us through a tie-dye workshop in the afternoon. We had so much fun getting colorful and learning the tricks of the trade to create some bright pieces with intricate patterns and designs. Then, we all had to practice our yogic-patience as we let the colours set in for the next 24 hours before unraveling our masterpieces ;) Thanks so much for all of your patience and dedication in hosting such a fun afternoon Crystal-Sue! Youre all kinds of awesome! After the last class of the day, we covered the mirrors in the hot room and filled them with positive thoughts, intentions, pictures and quotes. The energy in that room was so uplifting that a hot room dance party may have broken out in the process ;) We decided to leave these messages up for classes throughout the day today, to switch things up a little bit, encouraging a more introspective approach to your practice, and sharing this positivity and #mokshalove with everyone coming to classes today. We hope youre feeling that #mokshalove today because we love YOU and are grateful for all that each of you contribute to our amazing Sangha!
