Santa & his reindeer are on the roof today! Well, except Santas real name is Miguel & his reindeer are tearing shingles off the roof. And instead of sleigh bells or traditional Christmas music I hear the distinctive sound of cheerful trumpets wafting from a portable radio. Is it so wrong of me to wish theyd turn it up LOUDER & thoroughly annoy my mean neighbor? Seriously though, its COLD & those guys are working theirs butts off. I shouldnt presume they are immigrants based on their appearance or names, but in my experience in general, Ive never seen harder workers than first generation Americans.
