Santosh nagar Police inspector assured that a special team has been set up to arrest all the accused persons and no one, including the three policemen of Meerpet PS, could escape the law, if they are guilty. The Santosh Nagar Police will seek the custody of Satya Prakash Singh, the accused in the kidnap and rape case of a student of Old City. Satya Prakash Singh, who was arrested by the police on Saturday, is presently in judicial custody. Besides other sections of the IPC, the police has also booked him under Nirbhaya Act.
