Sanyu FM News The Director of Public Prosecutions has withdrawn terrorism charges against two Somali women who were part of a group of ten foreigners arrested in Kisenyi, Kampala last year over alleged links to the Al Shabab. According to a withdrawal letter dated 15th January 2015 and presented to Buganda Road Court by State Prosecutor Edward Muhumuza today, DPP says he has lost interest in prosecuting Yasmin Abdallah Aden and Hodan Ahmed Dahir. Grade One Magistrate Pamela Ocaya then ordered the release of the duo, and remanded the remaining eight suspects until 2nd February on charges of aiding and abetting terrorism, and belonging to a terrorist organisation.
