Sara writes: Hi there....am looking for some advice. Im doing my first 10k a week Saturday which starts at 10am. A lot of my training has been done in the evenings due to work etc. when I tried a morning run a couple of weeks ago I really struggled and I think it may be because I didnt have as much fuel inside me as I would in the evenings. Any suggestions on what I should have for breakfast/night before the run to make sure I feel strong. Thanks x
