Sarah Jane Tippins Brown (1863-1943) Wife of Bill Brown Sarah Jane Brown was the daughter of Aaron Moses Jernigan and Coroline Elizabeth Tippins. After her parents were divorced, all of the children took their mothers name. Her children were: Rosalie L.
